Everything starts with the land.
Bordered by a thousand acres of preserved open space in Chester County, Munstead Hollow is an 18-acre working farm that pulses with quiet authenticity. It’s a place where real work, patient tending, and a little open sky still count for something. Since 2018, our family has been cultivating three varieties of lavender, harvesting raw honey from our bee hives, and raising Texas Longhorns and other animals with profound respect for the land. We never use pesticides, and the botanicals we grow bring depth and distinction to every gin and liqueur we craft.
LOCATED IN BEAUTIFUL
CHESTER COUNTY, PA
Some things can only be built with time. And a little dirt under your fingernails.
This is not a place for shortcuts. Or perfection. Munstead Hollow was built on the unhurried pursuit of things uniquely made and finely done.
The land leads, and we follow. We use what we grow, share what we craft, and let the seasons set the pace. It’s not always tidy, but it’s always real—and that honesty finds its way into everything we make.
Stewards of
the Hollow
We farm the way nature intended—without shortcuts, chemicals, or compromise. Lavender is grown without pesticides, and our bees thrive on wildflowers, clover, and the fragrant plants that fill the fields. Manure from our longhorns is composted into fertilizer. Even the water used in distilling gets repurposed to nourish plants around the property. Every decision we make is shaped by a deep respect for the land and a commitment to leave things better than we found them.
